OUR STORY
Principals Brant Ruben and Jack Farritor began their journeys from separate parts of the country. Still, they soon developed the same goal: building a quality real estate business dedicated to offering clients and investors outstanding properties while providing excellent service.
They first met at a Raleigh, NC, commercial real estate firm where they participated in brokerage and investment sales. They were impressed with each other’s long, devoted hours and often spoke of having a passion not to be denied. Accomplishments came frequently, and a shared dream of creating and directing a high-profile real estate presence needed to be harnessed, planned and developed.
Brant and Jack continued to stand out and were being groomed for more significant roles. They were asked to attend an intensive, wide-ranging real estate seminar in Sedona, Arizona. This week-long participation opened their eyes even wider by validating the economics and strategies they could use in this rapidly growing environment.
